A Tribute To Sex And The City

Imagine the perfect teenage/young adult couple. If they had sex with a third party (separately or altogether) once in a while, would they still call it a relationship in the common sense? If Jonathan admitted he liked Deborah’s cousin Sabrina and if instead of being depressed Deborah, with all her self-confidence, told him he can have sex with Sabrina (Because it’s just sex after all), would it still be that relationship?

What defines a relationship anyway? Love, sex, friendship, freedom, respect, loyalty, holding hands in public, calling each other girlfriend/boyfriend? More importantly what defines love? English language has just one word to state "love", thus it makes the definition broader and broader (In Japanese there's (koi) and (ai), in Turkish there's 'ask' and 'sevgi'). But do we really need definitions to be sure/to keep on performing, adjectives to express ourselves?

I believe in “go with the flow”.

By the way, I want to kill those people who marry their spouses because they "trust" him/her, because they "respect" each other. I hate clichés. There's more than that. Find the real reason or have a special reason. It mustn't necessarily be established on those fundamental, holy virtues.

Is it all about morals when it comes to relationships?
